General conditions of sale of products and services sold by the company Nicolas Giraud Ateliers
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company

and its client, in connection with the sale of the following goods: Object, Lighting and furniture.
Any service performed by the company “Nicolas Giraud Ateliers” therefore implies the purchaser's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The products are sold within the limits of available stocks.
The prices :
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. Not subject to VAT, prices are excl.
The company “Nicolas Giraud Ateliers” grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
The orders :
To place an order the customer must:
indicate the contact details requested in order to be able to deliver it in the best conditions
complete the order form provided, indicating the reference and the quantity requested
Validate your order after checking it
Make a payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale.
The delivery :
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed. However, the delivery time may not exceed 30 days, if this were the case the sale may be canceled and the buyer refunded.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of ROUEN
