Shipping and Returns


From the day of the order, a delivery time of 10 to 20 days is necessary depending on the number of products to be manufactured. This deadline is an indicative deadline that does not take into account the contingencies of routing.

On the day of delivery, in the absence of the recipient, the carrier will represent the package a second time. If the package is returned due to non-receipt, the customer will be automatically refunded. He will be responsible for the return costs.

If a package is delivered to your business or home in poor condition, very damaged package, you  refuse the package, specifying that it is damaged "refusal of damaged package"   . The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

The refund will be made once  the return has been received and checked, within a maximum of 15 days.

To be refunded, the product must be returned in its new condition (so well packaged) without any trace, as if it could be resold as is.

Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom made orders which by their nature could not be resold, cannot be returned.

For cancellations, these are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
