General conditions of sale of products and services sold by the company Nicolas Giraud Ateliers
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company

and its client, in the context of the sale of the following goods: Object, Lighting and furniture.
Any service provided by the company “Nicolas Giraud Ateliers” therefore implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Products are sold while stocks last.
The costs :
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. As they are not subject to VAT, the prices are exclusive of VAT.
Nicolas Giraud Ateliers reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order was placed.
The Orders:
To place an order, the customer must:
provide the requested contact details so that it can be delivered in the best possible conditions
complete the order form provided, indicating the reference and the quantity requested
Validate your order after checking it
Make the payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale.
Delivery:
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form.
The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed. However, the delivery time may not exceed 30 days; if this is the case, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer refunded.
In the event of goods being missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the ROUEN Commercial Court
