DELIVERIES

From the day of the order, a delivery time of 10 to 20 days is required depending on the number of products to be manufactured. This timeframe is an indicative timeframe and does not take into account transport hazards.

On the day of delivery, if the recipient is absent, the carrier will present the package a second time. If the package is returned due to non-receipt, the customer will be automatically reimbursed. The customer will be responsible for any return costs.

If a package is delivered to your business or home in poor condition, or if the package is badly damaged, you can refuse the package, stating that it is damaged (refusal of damaged package). If you see that the packaging has been damaged before signing the delivery slip, you will be told on the delivery slip or on the delivery person's PDA that "the package is damaged". In this case, contact us within 24 hours at: contact@designsurseine.com and we will explain what to do.

returns

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

The refund will be made once the return has been received and checked, within a maximum of 15 days.

To be reimbursed, the product must be returned in its new condition (therefore well packaged) without any trace, as if it could be resold as is.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom-made orders which by their nature cannot be resold cannot be returned.

For cancellations, these are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
